House Riba is located 100 meters from the sea and has 4 apartments each with its own entrance and a secure parking space. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony overlooking the sea, and the apartments on the ground floor have a spacious private yard. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a shared barbecue area.

It has secured parking, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, equipped kitchen, towels and bedding, with the possibility of using the common grill.
